My Dear friend

This is somewhat of a long letter,                                                                                                                                              Dr Irina MD
If we could tell you all we need to in just a few words, believe us, we would.

Being a male sometimes makes it even harder to seek help as you don't feel comfortable expressing yourself to other people. So what happens is you bottle it up and things just get worse.

But I can assure you that with this treatment you don't have to tell a soul, you can get help here in private.

Male bulimia is no different to the the disorder women have it affects both equally, so the treatment is the same, and I will tell you all about what you should do.

But First, I want to tell you that I am talking to you not just as a medical doctor, but as a doctor who once suffered and overcame bulimia myself.

Yes, doctors are not immune to eating disorders and you can read my story here if you want too.

I know you are thinking right now "Why do I have bulimia? What is stopping me from becoming normal again? Where do these bulimic voices in my head come from that take control over me against my own free will?" Why can't I just Stop? I had the same thoughts too so I understand exactly were you are at.

Haven't you told those bulimia voices to go away, but they don't and keep coming back every time you get stressed, lonely or upset? It just seems all your life has to conform to these bulimia voices.

People invite you to a party, but you don't feel like going, you want to be alone and binge. You could go and do something that is fun but you prefer to sit at home by yourself and binge. All your life runs around food: you spend all your time preparing for a binge, you buy food then hide it, eat it all when no one is around and then vomit it all up.

Then you feel good for an instant before all the recriminations start and then you feel like a loser again. Because the last time you purged you swore it would be the last: but it wasn't and here you are again caught in that vicious cycle.

Why is it when you look in the mirror you always see this fat person looking back at you although others say you are perfectly normal or even thin. Are they just lying to you or are they telling you the truth? You are so confused because you just don't know anymore. I know exactly how you feel, because I did this also. (More on this later).

Why Doesn't Anything Work.

If you are like me then you have probably gone through many treatments, visited many clinics and specialists: but none of them brought you a long lasted result, in fact they all failed.

Sure while you were there you felt strong and had resolve but the moment you returned home after finishing the treatment you slipped back to your old ways. And then you feel really bad once again and just want to scream.

Or maybe you are so embarrassed by your problem that you haven't told anyone about your problem not even your family or doctor? I did this for so long that it was scary. So you lead this life of secrecy and contempt for yourself because you just don't know what to do.

You've realized that something at home (or while you are on your own and unprotected) brings on your bulimia all the time.

But what is this thing? It definitely does not come from your conscious mind  because you want to stop your bulimia, in fact you are desperate to stop it. You have told yourself so many times you need to stop, you know it is dangerous, but something inside your head rules your behavior and rules your life. You find yourself just sitting and crying in total confusion, I certainly did.

Here is an email we received can you relate to this: I know I did.

Dr Irina.

My first struggle to even start a treatment is that I'm afraid I will lose something I've been relying on for such a long time. I've had bulimia for about 15 years and it has been there always, as a last resort for everything all the problems in my life.
To start a treatment makes me feel that I have to let go of a stick I've been relying on for a long time, what is stopping me?

Please can you help me

What Is This Thing That Stops You From Getting Better.

I now know what this "something else" is. It is another part of your brain called the subconscious mind that is responsible for your feelings, emotions and non-conscious actions that happen against your own free will.

Your subconscious mind exists just below the level of conscious awareness. It inhabits the brain alongside your conscious and operates like a separate but related system.

The Subconscious mind is the preverbal part of the brain, the part that works through feeling and sensing and which motivates us to react through our emotions rather than through our conscious rational processes.

It is the part of the mind that is responsible for our actions when we do something but we don't know why we did it. Like when we get angry and explode, then we don't know why we did it (when there is no conscious explanation for it).

This is why when you tell yourself to stop your bulimic behavior - you can't, because it is not about logic or a conscious decision. It is about feelings and sensing which come from a deeper and a bigger part of your mind; the subconscious.

The Subconscious Mind.

What is the subconscious mind?

For example, when you sense that you want to binge and purge although you know you shouldn't. You sense it by having an uncomfortable feeling in the middle and upper stomach area just before you start binging. It is where the Vagus nerve is (one part of subconscious mind; the other part is in the middle of the human brain and this is called limbic system, you can look these up in any medical book).

When you start your eating binge you embrace 100% of the feelings binging gives you, so much so that you lose conscious control of everything else around you.

You fall into what is called a binging trance that your bulimia gives to you again and again. This trance is caused by the releasing of pleasure hormones by your limbic system (part of subconscious mind) because it is wired this way to give pleasure to stimulus.

Then after the binge you vomit because of the painful feelings that you suffer after eating all that food. The point is you know and understand how bad it is for your body, but you can't stop.

Why this happens.

You see your conscious and subconscious act like two different parts. And because the subconscious part is bigger and more powerful it always wins. And that's why no matter how many times you have said to yourself not to do it, you still continue to do it again and again.

You may ask how you got these feelings in the first place and why your subconscious mind acts this way?

Then let me explain, but first read this email we received.

Dear Irina and William.
Before I found your site I did not know that I had a subconscious mind. Little did I know how much my problems stemmed from it.
After working through the program I now think I can control all these false messages it has been sending me.
Who would have believed they are so important. Every time I get a false message now I use your BAM exercise to defeat it. It really works a treat.
Thank you soooo much.
J.Taylor WA.

The subconscious mind does not depend on any intellectual understanding it works on your reservoir of memories from our own childhood as well as those from our distant collective evolutionary past.

That means that somewhere earlier in life you got memories of hurt (emotional or physical), dissatisfaction with yourself and it happened to you repeatedly or at the least a few times.

Consciously you may not even remember what had happened but your subconscious mind keeps the memory of these feelings forever. That's why you get those bad feelings of anxiety, fear, guilt and dissatisfaction with yourself from time to time even without a specific reason for it happening.

These feelings have been kept by your subconscious mind for years and released because some small thing or comment has triggered them, and you are totally unaware of them.

Another reason why your subconscious mind works this way is that sometime in the past you did not have enough positive joyful emotional input, especially in relation to people close to you (like family, friends and often parents).

In this case bulimia becomes a substitute for positive emotional input  because of the trance like feelings it gives you while you are binging.

This is why many bulimics are able to stop their erratic eating behavior while they are on a positive emotional wave (like say falling in love or something else related to personal success) and then when these feelings stop the sufferers slip back to bulimia to compensate for their lack of positive feelings.

Bulimia also gives you feelings of control and it is why you stay bulimic because you feel safe and you can control what goes in your body. You like to control things but you feel that at this point the only thing you can control is your body and food intake. Of course this is 100% false because the bulimia is in control all the time not you.

Until you remove the subconscious blockages (voices) bulimia will come back to haunt you over and over again to compensate for the lack of positive emotions or to ease your tension, anxiety and fears.

One of greatest examples of a common subconscious blockage for the bulimic is the "Broken Eye Syndrome"  - this is when people see themselves as fat in the mirror although in reality they are thin or perfectly normal. Bulimics perceive what they see as the truth although it is their mind lying to them.

Lets make one point very clear:

Bulimia is not about the food you eat. It is about your subconscious feelings and conditioning of your mind in relation to past experiences! It took me a long time to work this out.

Because our subconscious mind takes up about 85%-90% (the conscious part takes 10-15%) of our brain capacity it will always win over your conscious mind: no exceptions.

So, why does conventional medicine fail to help with bulimia in 85% of the time?

But first here is a world recognized expert on the subconscious mind for you to get more of an Idea.

From Mr. Chris Payne The Amazing UK Life Coach

Chris has helped Thousands of people to better health and a better life. He is a Mentor and coach to many famous people his clients include: The famous Anthony Robbins (motivational speaker)  Joan Armatrading (singer)  Stars of Emmerdale and Coronation Street, the UK’s top-rated multi-evening primetime soaps. Just to name a few.

Chris believes that the mind lies to you and  is one of the major problems with eating disorder sufferers. When an Anorexic or a Bulimic look in the mirror and see a fat person looking back although they are not fat at all, is the mind telling the sufferer a lie.

One of the best ways to deal with an eating disorder is to use a Home treatment program. The problem with an eating disorder is it does not live in the clinic or the Therapists room, it lives at home where the sufferer lives. With Dr Irina Webster and Williams  home treatment program you have help 24/7. When things get tough all you have to do is turn the program on and you have instant help. It is simply the best way to go.

Thank you
Chris Payne.

So why doesn't conventional therapy and group therapy work that well?
You see this kind of therapy targets only the logical (conscious) part of mind (which takes 10-15% of the mind) and an eating disorder like bulimia nervosa is not logical.

Conventional treatment in many cases just relies on rehashing the past over and over again, but all this does is cause all the feelings to come back and makes you feel bad. This does not work as it does not remove the problem only aggravates it.

The Conventional medical approach is very good at educating people about bulimia and fixing their physical problems (like gaining weight and correcting  electrolytes disturbances in the blood) but they fail to fix the subconscious mind where bulimia lives. They fail to eliminate the subconscious voices that make you binge and purge. For example, people still have a "Broken Eye Syndrome" after attending clinics and counselors even after years of therapy.

I realized this a long time ago when I failed to recover from bulimia myself using the conventional medical approach (and I am a doctor). It was only when I realized that I had to do some thing drastic outside the medical field if I did not want to remain sick and suffering from bulimia.

So I developed my own approach that helped me cure my Bulimia and now I can help you cure yours.

Now myself and William are dedicated to helping as many people as possible to fix the deep rooted subconscious blockages (or voices) in the head that is the cause of your bulimia.
We do free seminars/workshops all over the world to help sufferers to free themselves from bulimia and other eating disorders.

Here are some photos from or last workshop in Florida USA: January 2008.

Now, how does The Bulimia Home Treatment Program work?

First of all I want to tell that this Program works on the Subconscious part of your mind (which is 85-90% of all brain capacity) and not on the conscious part (which is 10-15% of your brain capacity) like conventional medicine does. So, it has a completely different effect on the sufferer.

It fixes your subconscious blockages by eliminating them from your mind using special techniques that we have invented and what I actually used to beat my bulimia after many years of suffering.

People have different blockages but the most common one is "the broken eye syndrome" when bulimics see a different picture of themselves than everyone else around them does.

In order to understand the principles of our Bulimia Home Treatment Program, it’s important to recognize that human beings are made up of three components—physical, mental and emotional. You can think of it as a triangle.

If any of the three sides are not functioning, the triangle becomes unbalanced. In order to stop bulimia and start living a healthy and meaningful life again, research shows that all three components must be functioning well.

Bulimics usually look OK physically and their general health is good or average. Their mental side could be OK as well, because bulimics normally are clever people, they educate themselves, they learn why they have bulimia nervosa, they make a lot of attempts to stop it but...fail...

And the reason for these repeated failings is that the emotional side of the triangle is not balanced. You see, you are a sizzling bunch of emotions we all are, but you hide it and try not to show this to anyone, it is easier to keep it bottled up inside rather than seek help. So we suffer and suffer in secret.

Or when you get anxious at times, you just don't know why you have these overwhelming anxious feelings. It seems you have a fear of the unknown and it mortifies you.

Let me emphasize right now—when I talk about emotional balance, I am not talking about “positive thinking” or “just relaxing”.

I think it’s almost impossible for a stressed-out person, who has been through years of frustration due to their failed attempts to stop bulimia, to calmly sit and make a conscious decision to “just relax”. No one has that amount of self control! This is that logical thing again.

The techniques I’m going to cover here, while they require a bit of time (about half an hour a day ), do not require you to do the impossible. They work on the subconscious mind by identifying and eliminating subconscious blockages that always bring on your bulimia. These are the very same ones that conventional medicine have failed to cure, even after years of trying.

The other thing to note, is that although these techniques have been around for many hundreds (and probably thousands) of years, and we have been successfully teaching them for sometime; only recently has there been any scientific acceptance of the techniques we talk about and their effectiveness in helping people to stop their bulimia nervosa and other eating disorders.

You see, I did not know about emotional balance before so I just followed the conventional medical path for years until I realized I was getting nowhere fast. So I changed track and developed a program for myself and this letter is also about the end result and what it can do for you.

I am not the only one to discover this read below:

Dear Irina and William,
We are writing to say just how thrilled we are with the outcome of our daughter Mary using your program. She has now completed the program for the third time, and loves doing it! Each day, she spends about an hour prior to the evening meal, makes copious notes and comes out to tell us her new understandings, with great joy. As you promised, it is like having a personal therapist, available 24 hours of the day . Naturally there are still some difficult times, and eating is a challenge when things are out of the familiar environment or routine, but overall there has been a vast improvement and we are now all very positive about the long-term outcome. Your program is vastly more helpful than all the psychiatric and psychological help, we have had previously. We could not be more grateful.
With sincere appreciation,
 Philip Stompe SA.

                          Understanding emotional strengthening

In order to understand about emotional strengthening, you first need to understand a bit about how the brain works. You’re probably aware that our brains work across a range of different levels or brain-wave frequencies. While the range is actually continuous, it is divided for convenience into 4 categories—beta, alpha, theta and delta:

                                 more stressed,  shorter brain-waves

Beta (15 – 40 cycles per second)  -  Conscious (thinking, rationalizing) Alpha (9 – 14 cycles per second)  -   Sub-conscious (feelings, emotion

Theta (5 – 8 cycles per second)  -  Sleep

Delta (1,5-4 cycles per second)   -  Coma

 more relaxed , longer brain-waves

As adults, we spend most of our waking time in the beta area. Bulimia people spend nearly all their time in beta state and also their beta state consist of the shorter beta waves compare to average population. That is why all eating disorder people are prone to high level of anxiety, stress, guilt and/or depression. Difficulty to focus and concentrate on the task could be also a prominent feature due to very short beta waves in bulimia sufferers.

As we become more relaxed (e.g. as we fall asleep at night) our brain waves slow measurably, and we move into what is known as a theta state, or sleep. Beta is where we do our logical thinking and rationalizing ( like bulimia sufferers tend to over rationalize things because of the shorter beta waves in their brain).

Alpha, on the other hand, while still an "awake" state, is that relaxed, day-dreamy state that you can go into when you are doing something creative (e.g. painting, sewing, knitting) or something repetitive (e.g. walking, driving long distance on open roads). It's the time when your mind just wanders freely, and time just seems to fly by. You seem to feel just "relaxed and content"...

So you're wondering what this has to do with stopping bulimia and feeling stronger, right?

Well its Everything! You see, your alpha, or sub-conscious state is about feelings and emotions. If you are going to do any emotional strengthening or changing your habits and subconscious feelings, you need to work in the alpha state (which is where the feelings and emotions happen) rather than the beta state (which is where rational thinking happens).

Now here’s another important piece of the puzzle—besides containing your feelings and emotions, your alpha (sub-conscious) state also contains your “self-beliefs”.

Your self-beliefs are the subconscious view you have of yourself—they drive your behavior at a sub-conscious level. They are similar to the programs you have on your computer.

So if for example, you have a self-belief that says “I am a smoker”, the behavior that results is that you smoke (it’s not rocket science, folks).

If you have a self-belief that says “I’m always 10 pounds over weight and I find it impossible to stop vomiting my food”, then guess what? Our self-beliefs (or internal programming) determine our conscious behavior and you do it: you become what you think.

Anyone who has tried to give up binging-purging using will-power alone will attest to the strength of these self-beliefs. We have thousands of these sub-conscious self-beliefs that govern all areas of our lives.

Where do self-beliefs come from? Mostly they develop in us at a very young age. It’s interesting to note that, unlike adults, children spend the majority of their waking time in the alpha region. Most of our adult behaviors are based on “programming” we picked up before the age of 6 or 7.

Studies have shown that small children receive over 400 negative messages a day (“don’t be naughty”, “you’re too noisy”, “stop being so messy”) compared with only about 20 positive ones. Is it surprising that low self-esteem or negative self-image is so common?

Are you still not sure about how this applies to stopping your Bulimia?

 Here’s the crunch:

When it comes to getting results, your self-belief (programming) will always win out over your conscious desire: period no exceptions.

That means that no matter how much you consciously think that you want to stop your bulimia, no matter how desperate you feel about it, or how certain you are that it’s “the right thing for you”, if you have an underlying subconscious blockages  (program) that is stopping you from getting rid of bulimia: then it won’t happen.

Let me be very clear on this. If you have never applied any of the techniques I’m about to describe, then you probably have no idea that you have an underlying subconscious blockages that is sabotaging your ability to stop Bulimia. Your immediate reaction to this statement is probably:

“What rubbish! I really, really, really want to stop my bulimia and get on with my life.
How can you tell me that deep down inside I don’t want to stop it?”

This is a perfectly natural reaction. In fact I can reassure you that this is a reaction of over 95% of all bulimia sufferers we have worked with, who later went on to stop their bulimia nervosa after years of trying. But only after they had identified and eliminated their hidden negative subconscious blockages.

How do I know this? Well I was one of those 95% of sufferers myself. I thought it was rubbish too; I wanted to give up my bulimia nervosa, I was desperate to give it up, it was ruining my life: how can you say I was sabotaging myself, it can't possibly be true? But guess what? It was true and once I recognized this point I started to get better.

Let me give you another (non-bulimia related) example where you can see these “hidden self-beliefs” sabotaging people’s dreams.

It’s everyone’s dream to win the lottery, right? Billions of dollars are spent every year by people all over the world wanting to “win the big one”. A few years ago, one of the state lotteries decided to do a study for their 20 year anniversary.

The idea was to interview everyone who had had a “big win”, and show how it changed their lives. What do you think they found? Most of their “big winners” were now flat broke, with a string of broken relationships and shattered dreams behind them. Why?

What you’ve just learned about brain structure gives you the answer. Before winning the lottery, most of these people had a self-belief that “I’m always broke”, “I live from pay-check to pay-check”, and “I can never make ends meet”. Suddenly they have a million dollars in the bank!

We know that whenever there is a difference between your conscious desire (to live happily on your new-found fortune) and your sub-conscious self-belief (“I’m always broke and I can never make ends meet”), then your sub-conscious self-belief always wins out, period, no exceptions.

So people make bad investment decisions, and spend up big and have nothing left to show for it, and soon they are back where they started or even worse off all driven by their negative self-belief.

Often the reverse is true too. Most of us know of people who’ve been wealthy, lost the lot on a poor investment decision, but in just a few years are back on top financially. Their self-belief that “I’m wealthy” drives their behavior to get them back to where they “feel” right.

Here’s something else to understand—your subconscious mind does not make value judgments. It does not decide if a self-belief is a good thing or a bad thing. It is just like a computer program. It just is.

A message to you from William

So when it comes to stopping bulimia nervosa, all of this creates a dilemma:

If you have been unable to stop it most likely is a result of a subconscious self-belief or emotional blockage. For example, the most common blockage is  the "broken eye syndrome".

If you have a subconscious self-belief or emotional blockage preventing you from stopping bulimia, you are unlikely to realize it. Like say, bulimics can't realize that they have a "broken eye syndrome" - they see in a mirror a different picture from everyone else.

You are almost certainly not consciously aware of what the blockage is. For example again " broken eye syndrome" - people are not aware of it, they truly believe that what they see in a mirror is truth.

Subconscious self-beliefs cannot be identified and changed at the beta / rational / thinking level. For example, " broken eye syndrome" gets worse and worse the longer you have bulimia, because the bulimic brain is constantly working on the very short waves length (short beta-waves) and never ever work on the alpha-wave length.

But here’s the amazing thing…

If you know and use the right techniques (which are in the program), you CAN identify what your subconscious blockages are, and you CAN eliminate those blockages. This is what we are working with in our Bulimia Nervosa Home Treatment Program.

And most of the people who used the program were able to stop their bulimia by:

1. Identify the subconscious belief (blockages) that stop you from eliminating bulimia.

2. Eliminate the subconscious blockages .

Then, provided the other parts of your triangle (i.e. the physical and mental) are functioning well, there is nothing stopping you from eliminating binging-purging, only your flawed beliefs.

So what sort of blockages are we talking about? They can be just about anything. Blockages are very individual. No two people are going to have exactly the same blockages. And you are unlikely to “guess” your own blockage using rational thinking. Most people are extremely surprised once they use the techniques and uncover what their blockage is.

3. You can then banish the cruel tricks of your mind that constantly paralyze your ability to cure your bulimia (Hint: This is crucial to your success! Without it, you'll unknowingly sabotage yourself at every turn!)

It’s interesting (but I guess not surprising) to note that both men and women can suffer from emotional blockages that prevent them from stopping their bulimia.

From my experience people have all kinds of blockages (examples of some of them):

- A 42 year old woman who has had bulimia for 20 years subconsciously believed that bulimia was her closest friend and if she stopped her bulimia she would lose a whole part of herself and her life. After eliminating this blockage she was able to let the bulimia go with ease.

-A man who suffered anorexia-bulimia for 9 years had an emotional blockage that he would inevitably put on so much weight that he couldn't perform as a gymnast if he stop his binging-purging and starving himself. After eliminating this blockage his bulimia nervosa was stopped.

- A 36 years old thought that bulimia nervosa was her lifestyle and if she stopped she would have a boring life without pleasure and satisfaction. She was able to stop it soon after identifying and eliminating her emotional blockages.

- A 29 years old man believed that bulimia was a part of who he is and it was impossible to stop because you can't deny a part of yourself. He stopped his bulimia completely after 6 months working with the program.

The list can go on and on.

Here are some more great testimonials from ex-sufferers:

Hi my name is Andra and I live in Toronto.

I am writing this to help you understand how powerful this program is and how it has changed my life.

You see when I first found this program I was an absolute mess on the inside although I was cool and calm on the outside but I was desperate to find help, so I turned to the Internet when all else failed.

I can't possible express my gratitude in words so I have made this recording.

Here are some of the key items I found helpful:
The first section of the program talks about commitment - you need to make that decision that things are so bad and you need to make them better .

"You get what you expect" or "What you expect is what you get" so always expect the best and see the best.

Give gratitude for everything you have everyday. Say "thank you" for this and more great things will come.

When the inner chatter is happening and I'm stressing out - William's special mantra I learned definitely brings an element of calmness:

You have changed my life forever!!!!!!
Your wonderful support is so appreciated, thank you so much for everything.

Andra

                                              Excellent Program

"I've been using the Bulimia Nervosa Home Treatment Program for a few months now and my emotional and spiritual health has improved a lot.

I travel with the MP4 and I listen to it on a daily basis. As a result I have more control over my eating behavior than ever, stronger inner confidence, ability to relax instantly in any situation I would normally feel anxious and tense in.

I definitely got this sense of inner power that I always wanted but thought that I wasn't given it from the birth and would never otherwise have it.

I am amazed how easy this program transformed my mind after suffering from bulimia for 10 years and 3,5 years of anorexia before that. I personally thought I was doomed and that bulimia was my cross to bear, but now I realized how wrong I was back then to even think like that.

Now I believe that no one is doomed and everyone has their own chance to recover. And it does not matter how long you have been suffering or how old you are. The only thing that matters is what choices you make in life: the choice to recover or stay the same.

Choosing recovery by getting this program made me feel grateful to God for the self-discovery and self-realization I have been going through . I can't imagine now what would have happen if I stayed the same old bulimic and not experienced all these changes. I would feel very sorry for myself but now I feel grateful for the bulimia help I got..."

  Very Powerful.

After completing the program I found what I was missing during all the years of suffering from Bulimia: I became a full person again. I found what I was meant to have in life, before my eating disorder took it all away from me.

My Bulimia Nervosa deprived me of happiness and ruled my life for 9 years. Finally, I was able to take back what was mine and this makes me very proud of myself.

And this is not all...I was also able to restore my marriage that had been ruined due to my everyday binges and inability to control myself even a little bit...

Now I don't have any guilt or anxiety anymore, all that just disappear from my mind and soul, I believe forever... My weight is stable now, plus I just don't think it is a big deal anymore as long as I enjoy my life, staying with my family and doing the things I love to do...

I am full of energy and looking forward to every day of my life...

Thank you."

                                                    Can't believe it
Not everybody has hours to spend, nor do many people have the discipline to sit there for hours and program their minds--they just don't have the time or the patience. The Bulimia Nervosa Home Treatment Program really helps you do things differently. It helps you to get major benefits from simply plugging into your brain power for 30 minutes a day without making that much effort, because it is delivered straight to your mind through an audio presentation. You gradually realize that thoughts and feelings related to food become less prominent and you finally get in control. And that's terrific !

                                               “I'm living proof"
I am living proof that anybody can stop their eating disorder, simply by following Dr Irina Webster's breakthrough program.

A little over a year ago I was completely messed up, binging and purging every night. I had a few broken relationships, hated my job, blamed everything and everyone for my misfortunes. I hated it, and felt that my life was going nowhere fast.

Thank God I stumbled into Dr Irina Webster, when I did a search on the web for help. Out of desperation I wrote to her and was amazed she answered back.

We started emailing, and after a few emails I was completely convinced her Bulimia Nervosa Home Treatment program was for me. I was so excited, I began to use it right away.
The results have been nothing short of miraculous!

In fact here's what's happened since I started using the Program.

I rid myself completely from anxiety and tension that I always had. I started manipulating my own mind where I was in control . The little voices I had in my head that told me to binge and purge started to obeying me and now they're telling me what I want them to tell.

I got an enormous desire to communicate with people and make friends. I feel so confident around people now that got promotion at work which I thought was never possible for me.

I found a soul mate who can't believe that I had bulimia as a problem in the past (it is because I feel so natural now).
I can talk openly about my feelings now and this helps me so much in my relationship. Intimacy problems seem to have disappeared but it was such a big issue in the past.
And the main thing is that I lost the need for bulimia as an escape mechanism.

I finally became a whole person again and the bulimia is nothing to me now.
So, thanks again Dr Irina and William.
Your happy friend.

                                     This is a magnificent creation.

It's so clear and simple. I'm sitting here enjoying the benefits, rather than moving into my head, thinking: ‘Could it really be this easy?' It's lovely to see the clarity that Irina and William  have come up with, and their easy way to gain access to the tremendous power that's really available to each of us.

                                                   I feel so relaxed,

And at peace with myself now I feel as if I'm walking on air. The bulimia nervosa Home Treatment Program helped me improve my feelings a lot. It is so clever, so simple, and yet so incredibly powerful. I fully intend using it at every opportunity possible so that my life becomes even more magical than it is at the moment. I never thought I can stop my ED and return my life back. But 'miracles' do happen sometimes...”

It’s interesting to note that, because most of our blockages are formed at a very young age, they are formed with “child logic”. When they are considered rationally from an adult perspective, they appear illogical. However, because they exist at a sub-conscious level, we are neither aware of them, nor able to judge whether or not they are logical. Like computer programs, they just exist.

If you’re still skeptical about the mind-over-body stuff (and I certainly was until I started to see the actual results), it might help you to know about the large and growing body of medical evidence about their effectiveness.

In fact there are now over 100,000 scientific articles emphasizing the effects of mind on body and body on mind. At the Mind/Body Medical Institute, part of Harvard Medical School, Dr. Benson and his colleagues found mind/body medicine to be an effective therapy in a number of diseases that include eating disorders, cardiac disease, many forms of chronic pain, anxiety, and  depression.

Two studies that are particularly interesting are a 2002 study reported in the Journal of American Medical Women’s Association, in which eating disorder sufferers had increased to above 52% recovery rate, after applying mind / body medicine techniques. And a study of 184 women who had been trying to stop their eating disorder for up to 8 years—59% of these women recovered completely after receiving training in mind / body techniques. These were used in conjunction with the standard medical therapies. Not a specialist program that has a much higher success rate.

There are many, many techniques that can be used to identify and overcome your own personal blockages. The steps you need to follow are:

1.Recognize that there is the possibility that you may have a subconscious blockage that is preventing you from stopping your Bulimia Nervosa.

2. Identify the blockage, by accessing your subconscious feelings and beliefs. If you have difficulty triggering an alpha brain-wave state (because you are stressed) there is specially formulated music that can help as a trigger.

In our Bulimia Nervosa Home Treatment Program  we include a CD of music that has been digitally mastered to trigger alpha brain-waves. We also give specific techniques on how to identify and verify the blockage once you are in your alpha state.
Also I must say that the whole program goes into a special frequency that instantly produce alpha brain waves, so all the information in the program is absorbed by your subconscious mind directly, without you even being conscious of it.

3. Analyze the blockage or belief. Where did it come from? When you consider it rationally and with an “adult perspective” is it logical? Is this belief useful for you in the long term? While in an alpha state, ask yourself “Is this a belief that you want to hold on to, or is it something you want to change?”

4. If you decide you want to change the blockage or belief, in an alpha state remove the blockage or “reprogram” the existing belief. Again, there are many ways to do this—but remember it can only be done while in an alpha state, i.e. at a subconscious level. “Wishing” that a belief would change, or understanding that a blockage is not logical are both “beta” activities, and will have little or no impact on changing a subconscious blockage or belief.

5. Reinforce the new belief regularly with on-going exercises, again in an alpha state. These exercises might include affirmations and visualization with a focus on your newly acquired beliefs and feelings.

6. Repeat the process until you feel that you have uncovered and addressed all of the blockages that are stopping you from eliminating bulimia. Blockages can be layered—sometimes you need to deal with one blockage before a more deep-seated one will surface.

7. The bulimia recovery rate after using our program has been between 80-95% compare to 10-15% using conventional treatment (like clinics).

So what do I have to do to beat my bulimia?

It’s important when you are going through this process to have a structure and a daily or weekly program. This you will find in our program and you will not even have to consciously think about it: it just happens.

You always should remember that finding your personal blockages should be viewed as an adventure, not another opportunity to find out ‘what is wrong with me?’ You are not your blockages. They are coping mechanisms, behaviors that were acquired for your survival once upon a time. They are not you.

Our task here is to uncover personal blockages, learn from them and move on with a greater understanding, acknowledging ourselves for who we are and what we have achieved.

So how do you get started? You can take the steps that we have outlined here, and do your own research to find techniques that work for you. There are many websites, books and tapes that can help. One word of warning—be prepared to apply a process of “trial and error”, as not all of the information out there will work for you and you will not find it in one convenient spot.

We have researched the mind-body connection thoroughly for over more than 10 years and developed many ourselves.

And we have put together the Bulimia Nervosa Home Treatment Program for you to use mind/body techniques that will improve your health and stop your bulimia for good.

When our clients apply everything in the pack, most of them are able to significantly improve their mental and spiritual health and stop their bulimia in 10 to 14 weeks.

Here’s what the pack contains:

1) A whole audio program (total length of 8 hours 45 minutes): Mental Tune-up for stopping bulimia, Emotional Tune-up for stopping bulimia and the Physical Tune-up for stopping Bulimia. The program is digitally mastered to create an alpha brain-wave activity in the mind  where and when change occurs.

2) How to Identify Your Personal Blockages or Subconscious beliefs is a big part of the audio program —8 different exercises to help you identify the subconscious blockages you have about yourself and your bulimia, and then to eliminate them using special techniques.

3) Achieving emotional and mental balance "On your way to health pack",
(4 booklets and 6 pamphlets)—
to help you to fill up the hole of emptiness bulimia has created inside you. Also we show you a way of replacing bulimia as a coping mechanism.

4) "10 transformational codes to stop your bulimia " book - This is a 10 weeks program you will do after completing the audio part of the Bulimia Nervosa Home Treatment program. It will completely 100% fix "the broken eye syndrome" - it is when you see yourself as a fat person although you are not.

5) Flow—digitally mastered music designed to trigger alpha brain-wave activity. You can use it any time you feel stressed, or while doing the exercises in the manuals.

We know our treatment works we get emails like this one all the time.

I'm Lauren T and I have just recently started your eating disorder home treatment program (started 8 Feb 2008). I have had anorexia-bulimia for over three years now.

I cannot believe the positive changes I can feel inside myself since starting the treatment program! So much of my fear has disappeared. I feel like i'm actually starting to love myself and I realize that life is so worth living and there is so much to live for!

I just started code four of the transformational codes today and find them exhilarating.

I also would just like to ask you which audio tracks are the most important ones to listen to? I find that I really really love the "happiness first" by Jamie Smart. I find I always renew my strength and positively so much by listening to it and when I listen to it I love to write down the things that get me excited. Every time I finish listening to that track I feel so excited about what my life can become! And I truly believe that I can do it!
Since starting the program I honestly am feeling amazing!
Regards Lauren T
